The LGBT+ Slack is a safe, confidential space to talk with anyone who identifies in the ‘alphabet soup’.
You can be invited by a current member, or you can join right here on this website. This may change in future, depending on how the space evolves.

#announcements is read-only and will just be messages from the admins to everyone, and
#chat is for any and all general chat. You can explore our other channels for more specific topics.
The symbol means “please take this to another channel”, which we use to avoid triggering or personal topics in our more general and open channels.
Anyone who identifies as gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, trans, queer, nonbinary, and anyone who is questioning whether they fit into any of those categories (or anywhere else in the ‘alphabet soup’.
We appreciate your support, but we prefer to keep this safe space just for us.
We have a simple Code of Conduct which we expect all members to follow. It describes how you should treat the space and its users, and also how we've laid out the space so that you can use it effectively.
What happens in this Slack stays there unless someone specifically says otherwise.
